New Danish talent Kedde transforms personal experiences into pop euphoric anthems that contain artistic courage, intimate confessions and danceable beats.
The songs stem from a childhood where Kedde felt like an outsider in a small town, but also about finding a home in Copenhagen's queer community. It's pop with an emotional edge and room for both club-orientated beats and acoustic guitars. With simple means, Kedde stands out with an authentic voice and creates space for all queers and outsiders with his songs.
In early 2024, the single "Sådan må det være" became a hit on Danish radio, but it was the subsequent single "Dagdrømmeri" that really broke through the sound barrier. Kedde has also thrilled live on several festival stages and toured with Danish stars such as Mekdes and Pil.
Most recently, Kedde released the poignant love song "Drenge som dig", which once again features his recognisable blend of acoustic guitars, electronic beats and a raw voice, ready to bring the pop magic to Roskilde Festival.
