Gorillaz, Ethel Cain and many more for RF26!

30.10.2025Programme

Ticket sales for Roskilde Festival 2026 are officially open, and we’re kicking things off with the first 24 incredible music acts! Start counting down to a summer of music, celebration and community.

Pow – we’re off! The first 24 artists are heading for Roskilde Festival 2026, offering an exciting preview of a line-up that ranges from international icons to your next musical crush.

Among the biggest names are Gorillaz, who will take over our new, larger Orange Stage next summer with a show where music and animation melt together into an unforgettable experience.

Damon Albarn’s brilliant cartoon band turns 25 next year and has long since earned its place in music history with classics like “Feel Good Inc”, “Clint Eastwood” and “Dare.” With their upcoming album Mountain on the horizon, an epic reunion awaits at Roskilde Festival 2026.

Gothic americana and dark magic

From the shadowy corners of cinematic americana comes Ethel Cain, who has taken the world by storm with her hauntingly beautiful musical universe.

Right now, she stands among the most talked-about and captivating songwriters, thanks to her acclaimed live shows and her unique blend of Southern gothic slowcore, shimmering pop melodies and intimate folk tones.

Tobias Rahim takes on the night

Get ready for a late-night experience under the stars with one of Denmark’s biggest – literally – pop icons. Tobias Rahim will deliver an extra-large night-time concert tailored for our new Orange Stage, overflowing with singalongs, love and endless energy.

Since his Roskilde debut, Tobias Rahim has cemented his place as one of Denmark’s most distinctive artists – and in 2026 he’s back, bigger than ever.

German ecstasy, Japanese rave and Korean chaos

Today’s announcement also features three names that each bring their own kind of electronic mayhem.

Germany’s Brutalismus 3000 return after their mind-blowing 2024 show with a new album and an even harder, faster and more humour-laced mix of electroclash, hyperpop and gabber.

¥ØU$UK€ ¥UK1MAT$U swapped the cement mixer for turntables after recovering from a serious illness and has since earned cult status for his explosive DJ sets where absolutely anything can happen. Check out his legendary Boiler Room set – the most viewed in the platform’s history.

From South Korea comes Hypnosis Therapy, a wild rap-meets-rave project that tears down the walls between hip hop and electronic music with total abandon. Their live shows are infamous for pushing tempo and energy to euphoric extremes.

From country, afrobeats and reggaeton to raw hip hop and brutal metal

The first 24 names on next year’s line-up truly offer something for everyone. Expect sweaty reggaeton from Bad Gyal, dark electro pop from Sweden's Cobrah, gritty British hip hop from Pa Salieu, sunny afrobeats from Lojay, apocalyptic death metal from Primitive Man, and psychedelic soul from Black Pumas founder Adrian Quesada.

And don’t miss Sierra Ferrell, who recently scooped up four Grammy Awards for her distinctive blend of americana, country and folk.

An undergrowth of americana, folk and indie

Listen closer: some of the biggest moments hide in the smaller names on the poster.

Dean Johnson and Folk Bitch Trio both have a rare gift for turning life’s smallest emotions into something grand. Johnson sings with late-blooming warmth and humour, while the Melbourne trio transform the awkward dramas of their twenties into three-part indie-folk full of bite and charm.

On the dreamier side, you’ll find Snuggle and Milkweed, who let melancholy and mystique blur together in hazy soundscapes. Snuggle channel emotional guitar noise and modern longing, while Milkweed open the door to a warped, magical folk world where tradition takes on ghostly new forms.
