At Roskilde Festival, you can move from concert to concert all week long without taking a break.
But in between – or instead – you can dance, do sports, skate, speak up, engage with the world or just find a quiet moment. This is your guide to the festival’s experience spaces – places that open up a whole other side of Roskilde Festival:

Set in the hilly landscape of the camping area, Dancefloor is a 2,000 m² space for those who love to move.
Here, you’ll find planned parties, wild workshops and lots of spontaneous dancing whenever the vibe peaks. You can also join life drawing, tackle a giant puzzle and catch performances during the First Days.

Re:Act is our arena for opinions, rights and resistance. There’s shouting, listening, dancing – and everything in between.
Rappers, artists and activists take the stage to talk about climate, gender, freedom of expression and privilege. Expect talks, performances and workshops that might make you think – or even get angry.
Greta Thunberg is dropping by, Mizz Privileze is hosting a round of rights bingo, and the mic might be yours if you’ve got something to say.

Need to get moving? At Stadion in Camping West you can play football, beach volleyball or basketball, go for a run, try a cycling race, stretch out with yoga or slow down with mindfulness.
Some events are scheduled – others are open for drop-in play. You might even win a ticket to next year’s festival.

Debates, talks, workshops, live podcasts, karaoke and performances – Flokkr, our community space in East City, is where ideas come to life.
Here you can meet everyone from young debaters and activists to artists and experts. The conversations revolve around climate, mental well-being, love, creativity – and so much more.

After a break, the Skate area is finally back – ready for a full week of speed, tricks and high energy.
At the skatepark in Camping West, you can skate or rollerblade, join open sessions, check out ramp jams or roller discos – or just hang out and soak up the scene.
Equipment is available to borrow, and everyone’s welcome – no matter your level.

Food Is Now offers a space to dive into food culture through talks, tastings and small events focused on climate and community.
Meet Vild Hvede, Coffee Collective, Thypisk, Færm & Øllingegaard – and join in conversations about sourdough, regenerative farming, cheese, upcycling and more.
You can also buy tickets for a special dinner and talk with star chef Matt Orlando or the communal Eat Wasted dinner.

The Yard is your green space in the middle of the festival. Lie in the grass, take a breath, and recharge through queer meditation, sound bending and yoga.
You can also explore biodiversity, sustainable food practices – and even plant a tree as part of the Future Trees project.
You’ll find all the experience spaces marked on the festival map – and you can see all activities listed in the schedule. Use them to find your way, check what’s on, and discover new places along the way.
