London trio FLO bring a breath of fresh air to the contemporary R&B scene with classic girl group harmonies and a solid debt to 90s R&B, soul and pop, but also with plenty of energy, charm and personal lyrics.
This was already evident on FLO's debut single "Cardboard Box", which earned them a viral hit in 2022 and had stars like SZA and Missy Elliott singing the praises of the rising trio. The sensational debut has surrounded FLO with massive hype, and the trio of Jorja Douglas, Stella Quaresma, and Renée Downer have confidently demonstrated that they are here to stay – first with a pair of successful EPs and in 2024 with their debut album Access All Areas.

Collaborations with artists such as GloRilla, Stormzy and Missy Elliott show that FLO are on their way up the musical ladder, as numerous awards – including a Brit Award as Rising Star in 2023 – confirm.
