Dive into the extreme Danish underground when Copenhagen-based Casket Spray thrash Roskilde Festival with their dirty sound.
Rooted in Copenhagen's wild hardcore scene, the band takes music to its most chaotic and brutal corners based on the powerviolence genre, which is currently experiencing a resurgence on the Danish scene with acts like Decorticate.
Casket Spray keeps it real with short and concise songs – the debut release from 2024 fires off 10 songs in under 10 minutes – and owes a debt to classic grindcore and powerviolence names like Capitalist Casualties, Disrupt and Man Is The Bastard.
The music truly delivers on sizzling guitars, screaming vocals and fast blast beats, but Casket Spray also manages to take the music into slower, sludge metal-inspired passages that only make the expression even more grim. Casket Spray have already earned a reputation for delivering insane concerts, and they certainly don't intend to take any prisoners at Roskilde Festival.
